All Your Questions About a77d Answered

Roulette has a spinning wheel with numbers from 0 to 36 marked on it. The dealer spins the ball and you place your bet beforehand on which number or color the ball will land on. You can bet on red or black, odd or even, a specific number, or a group of numbers. At a77d's live tables, a real dealer runs the game live on camera, so the whole experience feels very much like a real casino.

Yes, a77d's live dealer games are run by professionally trained human dealers. They broadcast live from a studio through high-definition cameras. You watch the live feed on your screen and place bets from your own device. This is a completely different experience from regular slots or RNG-based games — much more realistic and engaging.

They are two different games, but both are traditional South Asian card games. In Teen Patti, each player receives three cards and competes to build the strongest hand. Andar Bahar is simpler — a "joker" card is drawn and you bet on whether the next matching card will appear on the "Andar" (left) side or the "Bahar" (right) side. Both games are available in live dealer versions at a77d.

In baccarat, you bet on one of three outcomes: "Player", "Banker", or "Tie". The dealer deals two cards to each side and whichever side's total points are closest to 9 wins. There is no complex strategy involved — placing your bet is the main action. a77d offers live baccarat tables at various limits, so there are suitable options for both new and experienced players.

a77d's live tables have a range of betting limits — from small bets all the way up to large amounts. There are low-limit tables for new players where you can get experience with very little money, and separate tables for regular and high-stakes players. Once you log in, the specific limits for each game table are shown next to it.

Log in to a77d and go to the "Deposit" option, then select Nagad. The screen will show a77d's Nagad number and a reference code. Open your Nagad app, use "Send Money" to send to that number, and write the reference code in the transaction note. Your a77d account balance will be updated within a few minutes.

The minimum deposit at a77d is just ৳100. This applies to all payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. So you can start with a small amount and gradually deposit more as you get comfortable.

First, collect a screenshot of your mobile banking transaction and the transaction ID. Then contact a77d's live chat support and share that information. The support team will quickly verify and resolve the issue. In most cases this happens when the reference code was not included or the money was sent to the wrong number.

a77d accepts deposits through four familiar Bangladeshi methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer (from major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). These are the most widely used payment systems in the country, so they are familiar and convenient for almost everyone.

a77d does not deduct any processing fee on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own "Send Money" charge — this depends directly on the provider's own policy and is outside a77d's control. Bank transfers may also carry the bank's own fees.

Never share it. No a77d staff member or support agent will ever ask for your OTP, password, bKash PIN, or Nagad PIN — for any reason. If someone asks for this information and claims to be an a77d representative, it is definitely a scam. End that conversation immediately and report it to our support channel.

Yes, a77d uses top-grade SSL encryption. This means your personal information, payment details, and transaction data travel to the server in fully encrypted form and cannot be read by anyone in between. Change your password immediately and log out of all active sessions. Then contact a77d's live chat and explain the situation in detail — the support team will help secure the account on your end. Also change your bKash and Nagad PINs if they match your a77d password.

Always check the URL in your browser's address bar — a77d's official address is a77d.bar. Fake sites often use slightly altered names like a77d77.com, a77d-bd.net, or similar variations. The real site will show a padlock icon (HTTPS) in the browser. Instead of opening links from unknown sources, type the address directly or use a bookmarked link.

Choose a password of at least 12 characters that mixes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (!, @, #, etc.). Avoid easy passwords like your date of birth, mobile number, or "12345". Most importantly — keep this password exclusively for a77d and do not use the same password anywhere else.

First, clear your browser cache. In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data. Clearing cached images, files, and cookies often resolves loading issues. Also check your internet connection and make sure your browser is up to date. If the problem persists, let a77d support chat know.

a77d runs on any modern device — Android smartphones, iPhones, iPads, Windows laptops or desktops, Macs, and tablets. The only requirements are an updated browser (Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, or Edge 90+) and a stable internet connection. A relatively good internet speed gives the best experience for live games.

Yes, this is an important requirement. The bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number to which the withdrawal is sent must match the name used to register your a77d account. Sending to someone else's number is not possible — this is done to prevent fraud and to protect your funds.

You need to meet the wagering requirement before withdrawing winnings from the welcome bonus. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 in bonus. Once you have placed bets totaling 10 times that bonus amount — meaning ৳10,000 — the winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. Note that the wagering count is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit plus bonus combined.

a77d generally completes withdrawals within 10 to 45 minutes. "Pending" means your request is in the verification process. If it is not completed within that time, contact live chat with your transaction ID and the support team will provide a quick update.
